We invite you to join us on this exclusive departure to discover the land of Chinggis Khan. Our trip begins with a trip to the birthplace of Chinggis Khan in the eastern part of Mongolia. Our Journey will take through some of the most historic areas in the region, as mentioned in the 13th century historic script called “The Secret History of Mongolia”. We will then travel go Gun Galuut, located along the Kherlen river delta, offering scenic walking tours and wildlife viewing, kayaking, photo shooting, horse riding, playing paintball and fishing. Exploring Nomadic Life Style and Traditional performance/ National Song & dance. We will visit the 13th century national camp. Observe the night sky by telescope at 13th century.

Tour itinerary

Day-1 (12 June) Ulaanbaatar-Khar Zurkhnii Honkh Nuur

This morning drive to the eastern Khentii province. En route we will stop at Kherlen River which is historic place related to the rise of Chinggis Khan. After picnic lunch, we will continue our journey to Khar Zurkh Khonkh lake, one of most meaningful place for Mongolians Which is as the birthplace of Chinggis Khan. In addition to the opportunity presents for spotting these beautiful and exploring wildlife, best flora watching regions in the country. Drive to camp. Experience in Mongolian Traditional House which is Ger. We will enjoy welcome Party. Overnight in camp.

  • 08:30  Driving to Kherlen River sightseeing.
  • 12:00  Lunch at Kherlen river.
  • 13:00  Khar Zurkhnii Hunkh Nuur in birthplace of Chinggis Khan. Lakeside exploring, taking pictures, enjoy wildlife, flora of Chinggis birthplace area.

  • 18:00  Dinner at tourist camp
  • 20:00  Fireworks
  • 21:00  Welcome party
  • 22:00  Observe the night sky by telescope

Day-2 Baldan Baraivan Monastery and Gun Galuut Nature Reserve

This morning, we will continue our journey to the magnificent Baldan Bereeven, One of Mongolia’s most beautiful monastery grounds. Here, we will camp by a larch forest and explore the monastery grounds in the evening. This picturesque monastery is surrounded by several Buddhist relics, which we will explore and thoroughly examine. This stop will offer an excellent opportunity to explore Mongolia’s Buddhist history.
We will continue extreme and adventure tour by taking Boat and Kayak, riding ATV in the rocky road to Gun Galuut National Reserve. Our tour highlight we will be riding horse, exploring nomadic life and traditional Food. Also performing National Song & dance with party.

Day-3 Gun Galuut / Herlen River

Today we will drive to the Herlen River near Gun Galuut, a nature reserve protecting the ARGALI wild sheep and a small population of Whilte-Naped cranes. Enjoy an optional walking tour at the banks of the river. Experience to how to build Mongolian Traditional House Ger. Then Enjoy to play the Paintball with JCI’s friends. You can visit 13th century of Mongolia. Observe the night sky by telescope at 13th century. Overnight at Ger.

  • 10:00  Experience to Mongol Ger/ build the Mongolian Ger

Day-4 13th centery Traditional Camp

In the morning we will explore the sights and sounds of 13th Century life Style. After breakfast we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar and transfer to hotel.
(Around 2 hours driving)

  • 09:00  Breakfast at 13th century camp
  • 10:00  Visit Chinggis Khan Statue.
  • 11:00  Back to Ulaanbaatar transfer to hotel.
